| Note 2737.2 in CLOSET::DOCUMENT contains a list of things that should be
manually deleted from
DOC$LOCAL_FORMATS:DOC$DESIGNS.DAT and
DOC$LOCAL_FORMATS:DOC$DESTINATIONS.DAT
as well as various workarounds in previous versions for online and other
support. I'll be those things haven't been done on this system yet, so
that there are old design or destination entries laying around.
Please check out that note and see it if contains the cure for your
problem.
