I'm getting an error trying to copy the internal kit.  Is this still the right
place to get it?

    Because we are just about to release VAX DOCUMENT 1.2B, the file
    protections have been changed on the 1.2A savesets. This was done 
    on the theory that  you would be very annoyed to go to all the trouble
    of installing the older version just as the newer version became
    available. Watch note 2 in the VAX DOCUMENT notes conference for the
