    I'm trying to build a book for online with the new V2 bookbuilding
    tools.  The run goes just fine (two messages about possible problems
    with footnotes, and one unresolved cross-reference because all the
    chapters aren't there yet) until the very end:

    I must admit, I'm a bit stumped about where to look...can you give me
    some hints?  Is the missing cross-reference or
    possible-footnote-tag-problems causing this?

    The footnotes are probably the culprits. Check how they are coded
    (see Section 2.5 in 'Coding Documentation Source File...') -- correct
    to eliminate the errors. You can verify that the footnotes are the
    problem by commenting them out and building the book.
    
    If 1) it's not clear how the footnotes should be coded or 2) correcting
    the footnote errors does not eliminate the problem, send me a short
    SDML file with the footnotes in it.
