DOCUMENT is blowing away... I've also had problems with the bookreader
blowing away with an ACCVIO when I did manage to get a .DECW$BOOK built.

=== unrelated question:
	WHY does TEX bother to give the line-too-long point counts
	to such an absurd precision???

| If you didn't get a %DVC-I-BOOKBUILT, book was successfully built
    message the .decw$book file is in all probability no good. In the case
    of an Accvio the tools didn't have time to clean up after themselves
    and left an incomplete .decw$book file around that the bookreader can't
    read. How about posting or mailing me a pointer to the .dvi files and
    the log/list file and we'll take a look at it.

| 202.2 | why use /NOPRINT? | AITG::WARNER | It's only work if someone makes you do it | Fri Sep 29 1989 09:26 | 3 |
| Is it possible that /NOPRINT is causing a problem? It doesn't make any sense to use it, since you can't print a DECW$BOOK. | |||||
| 202.3 | Still Violating | XDELTA::HOFFMAN | Steve, 223-7186 | Fri Sep 29 1989 13:36 | 16 |
| Per 202.2, I tried removing the /NOPRINT. No dice. I still get the same (or very similar) ACCVIO. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Per 202.1, I've forwarded, via VAXmail, the /LOG/LIST/MAP files. (in deference to the DECwindows NOTES folks, I am not going to post the output of the /LOG/LIST/MAP qualifiers here.) Here is the command I used on my most recent attempt: $ document/CONTENTS - decvoice_ig.sdml - ONLINE.REFERENCE BOOKREADER/CONDITION=ONLINE/LOG/MAP/LIST The aggregate size of the *.SDML source files involved (7) is 145 blocks. | 202.4 | Formal Tables not allowed in a Pop_up | CLOSET::FITZELL | put nifty saying here | Mon Oct 02 1989 15:03 | 4 |
| This was resolved Off-line so for the curious folks the problem was
    A formal table coded in a pop_up.

| 202.5 | And One More ACCVIO For The Road | XDELTA::HOFFMAN | Steve, 223-7186 | Tue Oct 03 1989 14:39 | 3 |
| Additionally, the DECwindows FT T2.0 bookreader was ACCVIO'ing when accessing the 'without-popups' version of the book. The T5.3-462 bookreader can read the resulting 'without-popups' book just fine. | |||||
| 202.6 | fixed | STAR::KRAETSCH | NeXt Window Please | Wed Oct 04 1989 09:13 | 5 |
| Steve's book does not have an index. There was a bug in the FT T2.0 where the Bookreader would ACCVIO if the first book opened didn't have an index. This was fixed in T5.3. joe | |||||
