I would like to know what means the FSE Binary format? Is it specific to RAGS application, is it different from the XBitmap format? Thanks for your help Myrna

I'll leave it to someone else to give the details about FSE format, but to answer your last two questions: FSE is a binary format that is used primarily by UTOX and RAGS and that is acceptable to the bookreader as input to the <FIGURE_FILE> tag. Yes, it is different than the Xbitmap format. (Although they are both monochrome bitmaps and you can use UTOX to convert from one to the other.) --Andrew Gent | |||||
