Hello,
I don't know why when I process my file using the online doctype,
im my table of contents I have TITLE PAGE and COPYRIGHT PAGE that
appear.

After all, someone might want to find the copyright page or title page,
and that's the only way to do it.

Yes, that's why. There was no fast, easy way to get back to the title
page or copyright page, and people may well want to, perhaps to check
the date of a manual or draft manual. (This was implemented in response
to a user request.)
But this brings up an excellent point: Myrna works in France and
probably would prefer to see this text in French! I'll add that
to the list for a future baselevel.
