    Because of the multiple versions and baselevels of software being 
    used to build online books we'd like to set up some guidelines when
    reporting problems. 
    To minimize confusion and waste of time please include;
    
    	The version of Document.
    	The baselevel of Bookbuilding tools.
    	The version or baselevel of Rags or Utox if applicable.
    	A .lis file - if the problem surfaces in Device conversion you'll
    	have to pull it off the screen yourself because the DVC isn't integrated
    	with Document yet.
