I have been trying to get a book to process online but keep meeting
with failure. It appears that the book is just too big for the
bookreader to handle. The book is 240 paper pages long.
I can break the book in half and run each half with no problem. However,
when I run it as a whole, it processes all the way to the text formatting
of the table of contents then dies. When it dies I get a message about
"improperly handled condition, image exit forced" followed by a listing of
"signal arguments", "stack contents" and a "register dump".
I am running the very latest versions of VMS and DECwindows. Can
someone give me a hand?
