I have a problem with the copyright page. We needed to add extra
lines of text to the bottom of the page. However when we built the
book and ran it through the latest version of the bookreader V5.1
DEcwindows, the top of the Copyright page was missing from view. Is there a
suitable workaround? What follows is the SDML file usd to create the
Copyright page.
