| Dave,
I have a call to 2020 (Martin Evans) open about the PAK on futurs.
There is no such PAK. What appears to have happened is the name
bookreaderplus became just bookreader a few versions back and our
software was never updated (we have x1, should be x4).

There was a temporary BOOKREADERPLUS PAK issued but it ran out at the end of
January.
There is no intention to issue another one. The standard response from the
BOOKREADER mob is to install the new version.

| Unless it has changed again, all requests should be logged through 2020,
and either be sorted "on the spot", or a log number assigned.
This should make sure things don't "fall through the cracks"

| Is the problem to do with FUTURS, or SBPEXE, or a PAK, or a new product
installation.....

| The product was briefly called bookreaderplus, the program changed and
became just bookreader. There was a PAK produced for bookreaderplus which
expired yonks ago. A new installation is required because the latest
bookreader plus kit does an LMF check for just bookreader/browser not ...plus.
So, everywhere that bookreader+ was installed (sbpexe,futurs,currnt...)
the product has to be re-installed.
