    PASCAL V4.3 will be installed on FUTURS on Wednesday afternoon to
    test a fix for a DECstep V3.0 problem with the queue manager.

You may remember a couple of weeks ago we upgraded PASCAL on FUTURS to
V4.3, to solve a problem with one of our applications.

However, the new version has now broken a couple of other applications.

After testing, we have learnt that by re-installing PASCAL V4.2 this will
correct the original problem found.

Therefore we will re-install PASCAL V4.2 on Monday afternoon, July 20th,
unless I hear good reasons not to.
