| The local site library?
A manual like that should be freely available. I would strongly
recommend *not* printing such a common manual.
(I wonder why Bookreader isn't practical.....)

| Get a copy of bookreader plus (I think its talked about in the bookreader notes
conference) which apparently allows you to print bookreader stuff in PS format.
However, I think HELP is much better and that can easily be printed out.

No!
Don't use BKR+ to do this! It must be the most inefficient way
to get a manual!
(By the way, BKR+ will be installed on SBPEXE later this week, now that
V5.5-1 has stabilised.)
