Why is an EASE upgrade being done mid-week on FUTURS ? especially as I've seen no announcements for it and we are going to loose a morning's work ! Was it announced somewhere ?

A mail was sent to all EPM's last week about this.
An entry was made in the system NOTICE.TXT, but then was over-written
by the security stuff.
As we have people working in several locations using our hardware,
can anyone suggest a foolproof method of comunicating this stuff?
Or failing that, a better method!
