    I'm informed that there is a DECSTANDARD 095 environment conversion
    kit; Barbara Huckle stated that it was available yesterday.

    I guess this is APPENV V2.1, which was released a few weeks ago.
    
    It's available in the toolkit. Jane Alford can provide more details.
