"someone" has copied the font files for LN03 output from Document onto the FUTURS and PASTIT clusters. I have deleted them as we do not have a license for the use of these fonts on these clusters. I shouldn't need to remind anyone of the need of complying with vendor supplied software licensing restrictions. Please be aware of the need to conform with both internal and external software licensing requirements; a proportion of the software we use requires licenses from third parties, and we must comply with their requirements. Please contact either your manager, or Keith or myself if you have any queries or comments on this. Peter.

Sorry, Rob, good try, but Document isn't pre-installed in EASE. We also couldn't pre-install the LN03 fonts, as they are licensed on an individual basis from a 3rd party, so unless we had a general use license we couldn't pre-install it. For example, that is one of the reasons why FOCUS isn't pre-built. But Lotus 1-2-3 could be, as we do have a corporate-wide license for it..... Peter. | |||||
