I've had a request to upgrade DECscheduler V1.0A to V1.1 on the
FUTURS cluster, so the BETA team can do some work with it.
The release notes are (or soon will be) in SYS$HELP: on FUTURS.
If your appliation uses this, and/or would be impacted by this upgrade,
please check the release notes, and contact me or Keith Davies before next
Tuesday (21st) if you don't want this upgrade to happen.
