EASE V5.3 will be installed on FUTURS on Tuesday, July 17th.
This will bring it into a full EASE compliant system.
We will also be installing some DECwindows compliant products,
e.g. VAXset.

As you know, the upgrade was postponed for various reasons.
The plan is that we upgrade FUTURS to EASE V5.3-2 when it is
available; September/October is the best indication so far.
This versions of EASE will include RDB V3.1B, which requires a
database re-load...
If your project requires EASE V5.3, you should start planning with
Keith Davies to migrate from FUTURS to CURRNT, to minimise the impact
of the upgrade on your project deadlines.
