341.0. "DTM V2.3 or V3.0 ?" by CHEST::BEAKE () Tue May 22 1990 11:15

As a result of the fire, documentation for DTM V2.3 was lost. We now have
documentation for V3.0. FUTURS is running V2.3 which conflicts (if I understand
note 340 correctly) with the expected version of V3.0. Bearing in mind the need
to build quality applications, would be it be possible to upgrade DTM to V3.0.

Alternatively ... does anybody have a DTM V2.3 doc set ?

Martin.

341.1V3.0? Certainly...CURRNT::RUSSELLI should have got a Duracell!!Tue May 22 1990 15:1017
    Martin,

    the latest info I had on DTM V3.0 was that it was "on hold"
    for some engineering reason or other..., but

    (1) As you have docs for it, and

    (2) As DTM V3.0 is part of EASE V5.3, you'll get it on CURRNT in early July,
    and PASTIT in early Septemeber.

    So, I guess we ought to go to DTM V3.0 now on FUTURS...

    Contact Keith Davies, and ask him to arrange for it to be installed.
    Or come and see me tomorrow at SBP, when I'm in for a day.

    Peter.

341.2'Tis scheduled...CURRNT::DAVIESClose, but no banana.Tue Jun 05 1990 15:348
    Subject to my forgetting all about this particular upgrade (and
    having recently being reminded) I intend to have the upgrade done
    later this week. (Likely Thursday 7th June, afternoon)

    If there are any objections to this please let me know ASAP.

    Keith
    PS: Sorry Martin

    I have installed DTM v3.1 on Futurs this morning.
    It should be up and running now.
