    Please can have Rdb upgraded from 3.0A to 3.0B on the currnt cluster,
    as this was a mandatory patch. Several subs have already upgraded
    and its difficult to support them.
    
    Rdb 3.0B has several problems, not in 3.0A
    	1) Views do not use indices, so additional clauses are required,
    	   WITH <Index field name > >= ''
    	2) Closing database has also changed - refer to Rdb30B note
    	   1002
