    I have had a request to upgrade MDV to the latest version on one
    or more of the ADG Clusters. Reason for the change is to include
    a patch which is/has been causing some problems with privileges.
    
    If the test which is being done on one of MicroVaxen is successful
    then I should like to install the new version on FUTURS on Thursday
    22-Feb-1990.
    
    Can any interested parties please let me know if this will cause
    them problems ASAP.
