Following the emaciation of the CURRNT cluster FOOT is no longer with
us and therefore BLK V1.2 isn't starting up.
After the next reboot of this cluster INCH will run BLK V1.2 and
MENU V1.2, while YARD will run BLK V1.1 and MENU V1.1
