This is to inform all of you out there, that there is a new notes
conference set up, for ACHE (the ADG Call Handling Environment)
V1.0, the system to replace CHOPS V2.1
So if you're in Support work, and maybe even use CHOPS, then this
is your chance to give some input as to what the new system should
do/contain ...
To add the notes conference to your notebook, hit kp7

Hi all,
An ACHE brainstorming session has been arranged for Friday, 19th
May in the Belgium conference room at 2.00 p.m. This will take the
form of a short presentation, followed by a brainstorm forum.
Anyone who currently uses CHOPS for ADG Application Support should
think of attending, or get in touch with me about any ideas you
have regarding the replacement for CHOPS.
Anyone else remotely interested in the ACHE project, Application
Support using call-handling or if your just curious, you're welcome
to attend, but please let me know before-hand as the seating is
limited.
