220.0. "WMS/FMS probs here or where?" by CRATE::HOBBS () Wed Mar 08 1989 14:08

Is there a FMS/WMS conference anywhere? If so could someone please
point me in the right direction.

I am having a problem with WMS/FMS.
On trying to 'fms_create_window_nodisplay' or 'fms_load_form'
the following error occurs;

FMS/WMS error - Couldn't add <formname>
Error status is :1 is FDV$K_SU
General I/O error is 0 unknown.

and of course the form isn't displayed.

The module I am writing is called from another which does a
'WMS_start' and open library etc.

An exsisting form (sim-f00_title_1) is displayed before. I
then took the foo-title-1 out, but my new form still didn't work.
I am using exactly the same calls eg

1) 'FMS_CREATE_WINDOW_NODISPLAY'
2) 'FDV$PUT'
3) 'FMS_DISPLAY_CREATED_WINDOW'

as the foo-title-1 form.

220.2Product still supported?CHEFS::BATEMANCIf you can't stand the heat ...Tue Jan 14 1992 13:356
Okay .... I've looked though the FMS conference, but it is still my
understanding (from pre-Crescent days) that WMS and HMS are no longer
supported products. Is anybody able to confirm or deny this?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

WMS and HMS are unsupported at the moment. The PACS Development team have got
the sources and so do we. But they are officially unsupported.

Gareth Edwards (OF-BSCC) is currently negotiating a support contract for a group
- you never know it may be us!! (God forbid)
