I've just been told that I've got the job of STARS Database Manager,
and that there's a new STARS release Kit. (Version 2.3-14)
I'd like to have it installed on the SUPPORT cluster.
If anyone has any objections, speak now, or forever hold your peace.

In this instance you should get this cleared by Janet Taylor before
doing anything. Also, is this new release ok for VMS V4.7 or is
it for V5.n? It MUST be suitable for V4.7 before we can use it at
the moment.
I.S. Operations are now under strict instructions to refuse any
software upgrade that has not been approved by me (or by Jerry Thompson
if I am not available). This is simply to avoid confusion that has
risen on a couple of occasions recently. So once you have cleared
up these points, please come and see me.
