I don't know if this is the correct place to post this note, but her goes anyhow... When we came in Monday 4th July, the LPS40 had been "tampered with" and Jerry had put a suitable message to attempt to stop usage till FS arrived. The LN03 was also out of toner. Looking at the laser print queues makes me wonder if some users never bother checking if their print jobs complete. No wonder the paper is overflowing from the rack !!!! Back to the problem. So: we have NO quality printers available. While I can accept that LPS's seem to go wrong quite often, and FS will respond in line with the Agreement we have with them, there are two questions which need to be raised. 1. As we know of the relative unreliability of LPS's, why have we not got a spare machine for contingency ?. 2. What happened to the orders for LN03's for each workstation ?. Bas

There are plans to order a 2nd one during FY89

Currently on order. No delivery date confirmed as yet, but as soon
as I get one I'll let you know.
