	What is this with TESTINSTALL and the Operations Dept ???

	Why is it necessary for us to walk the 1.5 miles to the 
	operations room to get the password to this account.

	Isn't this going a bit far ??  

	Couldn't they ring us back having looked up the name on the
	telephone sheet, if they are so bothered about security ??

How do they know who has picked up your phone? If you want to use such a highly privileged account, you will have to go to see the Ops people in person and show them your badge. � This has just happened to Catheryn !!!
