| DTR on the ADG cluster is currentrly Version 3.3. On both the other
clusters it's Version 4.0. So, to bring ADG up to date, I've been
asked to install V4.0 on ADG. The release notes forV4.0 will shortly
be available in sys$help on the ADG cluster
Barring objections, the upgrade will be on 29th January

| The version of PASCAL (V3.5-223)on the ADG cluster is causing problems
for some people. These problems weren't around in the previous revision
so I intend to revert back to V3.5-196, the last stable release
of V3.5 that is available.
Whilst I realise that this may introduce downwards compatibilty
conflicts to software built using V3.5-223, there should be fewer
problems in the long term.

| When is this likely to happen, since I came over from FUTURS because
I was having problems compiling under V3.5-193 with RDB precompiled
sources. Has FUTURS gone to V3.6 yet ?

| V3.5 is the 'recommended' version for all ADG applications being
developed for release under VMS4.7
Pascal V3.5-196 is installed on all three clusters. ADG was switched
back to this version on 27th Jan between 08:00 and 08:15.

| The Current version of FMS(v2.2) is to be upgraded to Version 2.3
on the ADG cluster on Wednesday 24th of February, Any one who

STOPIT and the ADG cluster should now be upgraded to VMS 4.7 to
fall into line with IS production machines. Layered products will
be upgraded in accordance with the versions shown below. These
layered product upgrades will take place shortly before VMS 4.7
is installed.
Since the EOY/BOY is nearly here again I propose that -
1)STOPIT be upgraded on Thursday 9th June starting at 4:30pm
