I don't believe the problem is restricted to LAT5AR? That's if
the problem you are seeing is an inability to connect to FOOT and
RDGE00. This appears to be a global problem.

| LAT5AR was fixed last night. As far as I can determine there are
no longer any problems associated with it.
Ian, I think your LAT problem may be due to the LAT service
groups enabled on your server. IS networks altered the ACRE Rd LATs
at the weekend to solve all the hassle that we were getting last
week. It would be worth your while explaining the problem to IS
Networks directly.
