Can I make a request to all who compose and maintain application
startup command procedures...
If you *must* debug them using SET VERIFY then please remember to
turn off verification when the procedure exits.
If you don't, the rest of the system startup procedure will be
echoed to the system console at something like 1 line/second which
can add up to 20 minutes to a cluster reboot time.
This is currently the case on both the ADG and FUTURS clusters.
