    The [DECNETXFR] directory has been moved to DISK$DEV003 due to lack
    of available space on the system disk.
    
    Now that we are running a cluster configuration, there is very little
    spare space available on the system disk. Please do NOT put files
    on the system disk unless they MUST reside there due to constraints
    of VMS.
