    Now available on RDGE28, somewhere you can put those handy little
    procedures or routines so that others can share and benefit from
    your creativity.
    
    This is a new implementation of an ISTOOLBOX which is intended to
    hold all the formal IS tools (e.g. DOCFOR, ERL, SKELETON etc) AND
    it has a section for unsupported tools that have been created locally
    or poached from somewhere else. Things to make our lives easier!
    
    Use the logical TBX to examine the directory where these unsupported
    goodies live. They are all WORLD:READ and the directory is WORLD:WRITE
    so you can add your own if you wish.
    
    Before you go wild and add every command procedure you have ever
    written, please take a look at the NOTES conference TOOLBOX first.
    In there are some simply rules for adding to TBX and also it's a
    way of announcing that you have added something.
    
    Further discussion about TBX or the ISTOOLBOX in general should
    be added to the TOOLBOX conference - NOT this one!
