| Well, seems that a lot of us aren't bothering to introduce ourselves this time
around. Part of that is just because we expect that we all know each other
after so many years. I've been avoiding it for another reason though, that I
didn't really want to share openly what my life holds, though I've shared this
with many of you more privately.
But I suppose it is time. I'm in the midst now of a divorce that I don't want
at all, but simply can do nothing to change. When I get a bit of time, I'll
post another note with some more detail about that, since I've learned so much
from it and it's worth discussing, and I don't want to clutter up this note.
Let me just say that though the last four years have been rough, I would not
trade them for anything - God has drawn me so much closer to Him through them
that I can't even express it.
So, the 'official' information:
I'm Paul Weiss. Actually Paul Kitson McCahon Weiss, as my node name shows. My
name proclaims the three human families of which I am (still!) a part: Kitson
is my mother's maiden name, and McCahon is my wife's maiden name. I work here
in ZKO, and have for 14 years now, if you can imagine that.
I participate here because I've come to love the people. Any place of
fellowship with those who love the Lord is a place where I'd like to spend
time. I've been married almost 16 years, though as I noted that is not
continuing at this point. I just moved into a separate house about two months
ago. I have three children, Ben (11), Beth (8) and Becca (5).
The home I have is really the Lord's home, and is to be open to all. So I'm
posting the directions and phone number here, and you are all quite literally
welcome (invited!) to stop by at any time.

Directions to my house are simple:
Find Rt 93, and take it to exit 3 in NH, which says "Rt 111, Windham, Canobie
Lake." Or if you're coming from the Nashua area, just take Rt 111 east. If
you come from Rt 93, head east on Rt 111 off the exit. Almost immediately, you
will come to a T and stoplight, with a farm stand and golf driving range
directly in front of you. Take a left, which continues to be Rt 111. After
about a half mile, you will pass Ernie's Garage on the left. My house is right
on Rt 111, the second house after Ernie's. It's a beige house with big stone
posts out in front. It's #24 Range Road, and if you get lost my phone number
is 893-9624.

Hello Brothers/Sisters,
I just wanted to say hello to everyone, and let you all know
how refreshing it is to have found this notes file. I took the time
to read some of the letters as well as some of the responses before
I decided to introduce myself. Having said that, this is who sends
the note:

I'm not in the habit of sharing personal info. with just anyone, but
I will give some background so you know (something) about me.
I've been with DEC for almost 8 yrs. now, and I must say that this
is the cleanest position I've ever had with a Co., and it's also the
only place I've ever worked where you can feel comfortable speaking
freely about the ONLY REAL father we have. Just to be safe, if that
offends anyone, I'll apologize now, but I firmly believe this.
I'm 36 yrs. young, I've been happily married for the last 7 yrs.,
my wife and own (mortgage) a home in Holden Ma., and we have two
dogs, both of them are german shepard and something else, and they
are both close to 100 lbs.
I don't think that I'll be sharing a lot of my own views, simply
because the good Lord blessed me with (2 ears) and (1 mouth), and
I try to use listen more than I speak so I don't open my mouth and
insert my (leg). I will say this however, I really like Juan Ortiz
note about carrying the attitude of Jesus ALL DAY, 24 hrs., simply
because, it seems to me, that a lot of people who claim to be a
Christian, fall very short a lot of the time. I don't think that
mean to, it just happens, and I'm guilty of this myself, which is
again why I try to listen more than I speak!!!
Well, I didn't mean for this to be a short story, but I won't
take up this much space again. God Bless ALL of you and I'll be
checking in again for some great Mental Nutrition.
