    What are it capabilities?  What hardware and software are required to
    get it up and running?

	From the FOCNET Product Fact Sheet: "will allow FOCUS users to directly and transparently access any data from any machine tied into a network" "FOCNET links DEC VAX and Wang VS to IBM" My understanding is that PCSA will work just as well, if not better.
