I am a sales support specialist in the Greenville, SC office. We are
looking at an opportunity for a project in which we would contract with
IBI or a 3rd party consulting firm to have them do the FOCUS work. They
will be giving us an estimate for their work. I am looking for someone
within Digital to take a look at the estimate at a high level to make
sure that it's at least in the ball park. Is there anyone willing to
do this type of work .... especially in the Southeast?

I don't know of anyone in the Southeast region, but I can give you a
name of a Digital Consultant who's doing work for our customer
converting IBM FOCUS into VAX VMS. He could probably look over the
