Question:

	Has anyone run a FOCUS application on a VAX6000 or uVAX3000
	class machine?  If so, have they experienced any degradation
	in performance?

	I have no experience with FOCUS at all... 

	I have been asked by a customer whether their FOCUS 
	applications will run slower on a 6000 class machine 
	(rather than a 8800 class machine) due to these processors 
	emulation of decimal string instructions.  

	Any thoughts...?

	I realize that it is really dependent on what the particular
	FOCUS application is doing and its use of decimal string 
	instructions, however, I am curious if anyone has seen any 
	problems.
