    Hi, I am a beginner in using FOCUS, I have to make a utility for
    maintaining information on the production report which each user's
    recieved.
    
    Look at this example:
    
             REPCOUNT   REPORT_NAME    FREQ   USERNAME    COPIES
       
                3       LINDA.RPT       D     JOHNSON       1
                        LINDA.RPT       D     SOTO          2
                        LINDA.RPT       D     GONZALEZ      1
      
     SUBTOT  D  3                                           4
    
    
                1       LINDA.RPT       W     JOHNSON       1
        
     SUBTOT  W  1                                           1    
    
     GRAND TOT  4                                           5
    
    
    How can I use the values in sub total to subtract the value in copies
    and hold that value for later use.
    
         
    Before trying to this calculation I need a counter to count the
    amount of week to each mount. Because to get total for monthly process
    I need to know how many week does that month has because it can
    be either 4 or 5.  
    
    Can someone help me with this?
