    I am trying to describe an RMS file where many of the fields are
    LONGWORDS, and the meaning of the field is different depending on
    what the first bit of the field is.  In Vax Basic it is no problem
    to test the value of the bit, but I'm wondering how I can do it
    in Focus.  Does anyone know of a way to describe a field like this
    so that I may check the value of the first bit?
