    We recently upgraded to 5.2.1 and everything seems to be running
    fine except for SU. We have two applications that use SU. We can
    get the sink machines running and they stay running, until we
    try to use them. We get the old "COMMUNICATION UNAVAILABLE TO CENTRAL
    DATA BASE MACHINE" error. When I check the system, the SU process
    is gone. I checked the output file and I have this message logged:

    %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00...

    	Improperly handled condition, image exit forced.
    ...
    
    The only change we made was that instead of installing FOCUS on
    the system disk, we installed it on another disk.
    
    Has anyone else run into this one?
    
    BTW: The TASK object is enabled.
