are using FOCUS, or plan to use FOCUS in the next 3 years.

The software maintenance agreement with Information Builders Inc. (IBI) for 
their FOCUS product is being renewed.  The new agreement will be world-wide 
based on Digital's utilization and satisfaction.  

Your help is needed to collect data on Digital's utilization and satisfaction 
for negotiation of the terms and conditions of the new contract.  The data 
needed is listed on the attached form.  Please mail electronically to DAN HARP 
@WJO or PLANET::HARP.
