I am using FOCUS V. 5.2 with RDB. I am recieving the following message
when I run a report. This same report is running successfully on
a different machine which also uses V. 5.2.

i would rerun the program with message turned on (or no message
turned off) and see where in the program it failed on.
As for the error message (FOC118), it is:
DEPENDENT VARIABLE DOES NOT EXIST:
The dependent variable provided in response to the ANALYSE prompt
is not specified in the MASTER description for the data.
I know it may run on another machine, but the environment you are
running against may be different (i.e. different version of FOCUS,
diff version of RDB, different installation options, etc.)
