    I am in need of assistance from someone who can aid a customer
    in evaluating the impact of custom-developed projects on CPU
    needs.  This person should have a strong VMS AND FOCUS skills as
    the customer has a very knowledgeable FOCUS person on site who
    does not know much about VMS.  Digital is being asked to consult
    on what resources FOCUS applications will require in a VMS
    environment.  We estimate that the customer will need 5 to 10
    days of consulting, some of which will need to be delivered on
    site in northern Minnesota and some of which can be delivered by
    telephone. This is an estimate as we do not have FOCUS expertise
    in this office.

    The customer has a purchase order in place to pay for this at
    the rate of $115/hour.
