          What is the Engineering Office of Field Security Programs?

          The Engineering Office of Field Security Programs (formerly the
          Security Service Center) is a security consulting organization
          chartered to assist Digital's field organizations with the
          identification, qualification, closure and delivery of Security
          consulting engagements.  This organization is part of the
          Systems Engineering Group and provides direct consulting via
          Digital's Consulting Services Organization.  Over the past
          twelve months this organization has dedicated itself to the
          successful sale and delivery of Digital's extensive portfolio of
          security management products and services.

          The proliferation of distributed computing has introduced a
          number of security risks which are  extremely complex and
          potentially damaging to the integrity, availability and
          confidentiality of our customer's valuable business information.

          POLYCENTER security management products, services and consulting
