    What is our policy on cross charges from internal groups to the field?
    
    I have three cases, in the last two weeks, where an IBU, a corp
    resource group and a subsidary wanted to charge me $137/hr, $150/hr and
    $125/hr respectively. These activities were for training, sales support
    and facilatation.
    
    This seems VERY out of line given our own internal cost mechanisms in
    the field.  Do we have guidelines in place to control this type of
    behavior?
    
    Just Wondering.
