Hi,
We need to answer a RFP for Italy issued by a customer who whishes to
migrate from old Siemens machines to open C/S architecture.
Aside of the application migration the customer wants to use remote PC
to keep on connecting to the Siemens computers during a certain period
of time.
Therefore we try to find a PC emulator running under Microsoft Windows
and which provide the following features :
- SNI97801 terminal emulation to MX300/30 and MX500/75
Siemens computer running Sinix version V5.21 and V5.40,
- microsoft Windows environment with as many as 16 simultaneous
sessions,
- english version,
- support of remote connection through V24 - COM port - TCP/IP SLIP
from remote PCs,
- file transfert for text/binary files,
- diagnostic and trace functions would be appreciated.
We were told that such an emulator exists and is produced by Siemens
itself, but we don't know either the reference of the product or its
price.
Any help is wellcome. This is an URGENT request.

| If this should be from Siemens try to connect the people of CGK (a 100% SNI
daughter). We sold our FTSIE product to them. they should be able to identify
this product since it's their direct area.
