Hello,
I don't know about Basestar, H1 DAS, and Siemens communication at all.
But my customer has installation problem as below problem template. Any comment
will be highly appreciated. I posted its problem on Basestar Note conference

Action done and other

1) applied DNVOSIB_ECO06056 and DNVAPP_ECO06056 patches
2) On the PLC side, tested with changed the TSAP VAXVAXVA 'ethernet address'
to AA000400BC06 which is Physical address of VAX system instead hw adrs.
-> same problem/symptom as before.
3) simulating with changed 'Acknowledgement delay time" of template IEEE to
1 instead of recommanded 0(zero).
-> CR(Connection Request) message on CTF, the 'Acknowledge' field is shown
1000 ms instead of 0 ms.
4) ncl> set osi tra tem ieee send imp id false

-> 'Additional Options' field sending CR to PLC is shown as changed 03 from
23.
5) ncl> set osi tra tem IEEE loopback true
