Hello,
we have at the moment a problem with FTSIE over Ethernet(version 1.4)
and VOTS 2.0 with the VOSFIXkit installed.The customer is VW in Brussels.
The problem is that after a certain time (several hours),the communication
stops.
The only thing you get is (on a vots trace) a connect request and after that
a disconnect request (with cause 80) Normal disconnect.
To get out of this situation,you should reboot the Siemens FEP.
Looking back to the trace of Vots,we see a problem with VOTS ack-messages.
The problem is that the Acknowledge packets of vots,sent to the Siemens contain
data.
This data is the NEXT dataframe which is coming FROM the Siemens!!!!
This is seen on a Siemens Protocol Analyzer.
We have tried to take a Vots trace at the same moment but we didn't succeed
up till now.
Is this a known problem or????
