We closed an FTSIE sale recently.
Now the questions arises which manuals the customer should get with the
S/W.
I did copy the FTSIE manuals and will hand them over in hardcopy.
Is the customer entitled to receive a copy of the VOTS manuals?
And if Yes, is there a way to copy them from the network ??

Gottfried,
if you closed an FTSIE sale you should order an FTSIE H-kit an a
license. The license is ordered via Galway QL-VUQG9-J* - the H-kit has
to be ordered via Ulrike Goetz UNT, stating the DECnumber of the
license-order, the customer name, the media for the software and the
postal address of the digital-office and a contact name.
The H-kit contains the FTSIE documentation and the VOTS documentation
and - yes - when the customer pays for it he is entitled to read
them...
