Sorry for .0

We proposed Integrata software for a VAX - BS2000 connection (Filetransfer,
Print, Terminalemulation).

Customer now wishes to have Conware software.

I have no idea about this software. Are there any installations in Europe ?

Cheers Walter.
97.2Conware vs. IntegrataMUDIS3::RBOEDEKERWed Feb 27 1991 10:1620

    Hi Walter,

Conware offers a wide range of products in the VMS / Unix to Siemens
    BS2000 environment.

Especially for Ultrix, we offer the Conware-Products and there are some
intallations (I have no figures how much). Conware goes very much in a
    direction of client/server solution.

With VMS, Integrata has a better solution for point-to-point
connections, because they use our PSI/VOTS products. Conware use a
speciall box (BAM-Gateway or CC196-CONV). An other point is that
Conware also offers a product called RDAC-FT with the same
functionality like FTSIE (a FT-BS2000 filetransfer). So I recommend the
Integrata product MEPOSI whenever I can. But the Conware products are
more complete concerning the different ways to connect a Digital System
(VMS, Ultrix, MS-DOS PC) to a Siemens host.

    Regards, Ralf
