The following functional restrictions of FTSIE V1.4 (SDC)
have been removed:

 1. restriction of UAF device name to a length of 14 characters

   -> the device name can now be as long as AUTHORIZE accepts

 2. FTSIE always returns "normal successfull completion", even in case of
    errors

   -> now the correct STATUS is returned 

 3. empty files are deleted in the target system after transmission

   -> now empty files are no longer deleted
