	Hi,

	I'm looking for some information about the set-up of a BS2000
	system for FTSIE.
	My problem is that FTSIE works fine when the connection is
	initiated from the VAX, but the other way arround, when the
	Siemens is initiating the connect I get a strange error.
	I discovered already that the problem is not FTSIE but VMS itself.
	On the VAX side the tsap is set as a hex string : 
		5B C6 D1 C1 D4 40 40 40    ($FJAM)
	When the Connect request arrives at the VAX I get a login failure
	with the following message :

	RMS-E-SYN, file specification syntax error.

	Is it possible that the 5B ($ in EBCDIC) is interpreted as an open
	bracket ?? and causing the problem ??
	Is there somewhere a site where this works ? If yes, let me known
	how you setted up .
